What we store

Your name, email and language; the workouts, sets and weights you log; meals and macros you log plus your meal plan; weight, body measurements, habits (water, sleep, steps), self-ratings and progress photos; messages between you and your coach; your push notification token. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we only see your subscription status, never your card details.

Why

To deliver the coaching you purchased (contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Health data and photos are processed only with your explicit consent (art. 9(2)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who can see it

Only you and your coach. Data is hosted by Supabase (EU servers) and payments by Stripe, both under data processing agreements. We never sell or share data, and we don't use tracking or ads.

How long

While you're a client. After you leave, data is deleted at the latest [12] months after your last activity, or sooner on request. You can delete your account yourself in the app (Profile → Delete account), which removes all data and photos immediately.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, and withdrawing consent. Contact [email]. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
